Sunflower in Glass, a work in art glass and copper, 3 x 3 ft.
Tuck’s Sunflower in Glass was commissioned by interior designer Cheryl Rivera for installation in the Oregon home of Sandy MacNab, where it hangs on a wall in the dining room. The art work is spot-lit by wall sconces to left and right, and also illuminated by the chandelier over the dining room table.

Sunflower in Glass, with wood frame, as hung on Sandy MacNab’s dining room wall, which is plastered in a warm, earth tone.
Serving as a piece of room jewelry, Tuck’s Sunflower in Glass puts on a splendid display for the human eye — both day and night — through a continuous interplay with the natural and artificial light in the dining area.
Tuck completed the art glass-and-copper Sunflower in October 2009.
